My Quote:

“You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream.”

C.S Lewis.

This is so true. A wonderful case in point is a gentleman by the name of Fauja Singh, also known as the Turbaned Tornado. He ran his first Marathon at the age of 89 in the year 2000. Over the following 13 years he ran 9 marathons and a number of half marathons and other races. He then retired from competitive running after he took part in the 2013 Hong Kong marathon just 5 weeks before his 102nd birthday. Currently, at time of writing, he is still alive, living in East London and is 107.

I hope this inspires you to set a new goal, or dream a new dream, or just push you further along the way to reaching your current one.

My Nominees:

How Do You Overcome Paralyzing Fear?

To My Nominees:
If you have done one of these recently and don’t wish to do it again, then ignore it, or save it up for another day when you feel like it. No pressure. Just have fun.
All the best 🙂

People are far too complicated to be able to describe in a few words so I am not even going to try.
