I was Flabbergasted when I heard about the demise of the Daily Post, and the Daily Word Prompt. It was an excellent way of stimulating those creative juices and reaching out to a wider community of bloggers, thus attaining more followers.
I think you should definitely feel guilty.

I’m sad too and this was also my subject today! I’m with you on creating another word prompt or something for people. I really love the word prompt and how having them gives me inspiration and connects me with likeminded people!

I am planning on working with Dee Kelly of Thriving not Surviving, where we will take turns posting a word prompt from the 1st of June onwards. Fingers crossed it works out OK. ๐

I’ll help and I’m a little tech savvy and can prepost the words a month ahead of time to make it easier to post! maybe make a new word prompt site? page? your thoughts?

Thanks Jenn. I was just going to post a normal word prompt and then people can write something and post a link in the comments. Dee Kelly is going to post too, and she has more followers than I do, but I will post on Wednesdays and Saturdays and we will link to each others posts. If you could reblog the prompts on to reach more people that would be great. ๐

Reblogged this on THE MAIN AISLE – 2018 and commented:
There may be an alternative to not having the WP prompts. Check out this site.
