Flashdance…What A Feeling

First when there’s nothing
But a slow glowing dream
That your fear seems to hide
Deep inside your mind
All alone I have cried
Silent tears full of pride
In a world made of steel
Made of stone
Well, I hear the music
Close my eyes, feel the rhythm
Wrap around
Take a hold of my heart
What a feeling
Bein’s believin’
I can have it all
Now I’m dancing for my life
Take your passion
And make it happen
Pictures come alive
You can dance right through your life
Flashdance… What a Feeling” is a song from the 1983 film Flashdance, written by Italian composer Giorgio Moroder (music), Keith Forsey and Irene Cara (lyrics), and performed by Cara.
So find whatever you are passionate about (No rude suggestions please) and DO IT.
Life’s too short to do anything your not passionate about.

My Nominee for today is:

Kristian from Life Lessons around the Dinner table.

People are far too complicated to be able to describe in a few words so I am not even going to try.

    1. Thank you. I think ‘nostalgia’ is part of my instinctive ‘voice’ . I can’t seem to help myself. I also love old movies (even stuff from way before I was born, like the 40’s and 50’s) and I love Music that reminds me of my childhood too. 🙂

    2. oh I do too! I grew up watching a lot of oldies with my dad. And the songs you chose were from my youth so I really connected with them. I memorised the lyrics to Born Free btw!
