Wondering what quotes I am going to use…Hmmm.

This one from Mark Twain seems quite good.

Courage is resistance to fear, mastery of fear, not absence of fear. - Mark Twain

I always considered myself a coward, but then I thought, seeing as I suffer from constant anxiety and pretty much fear everything, the fact that I get up every morning is a pretty big achievement. Maybe, I have courage after all.  – Kristian Fogarty

People are far too complicated to be able to describe in a few words so I am not even going to try.

  1. Aaaaah Kristian so lovely.
You know when I was younger I suffered due to anxiety (some anxiety is fine, but out of control anxiety was harming me)…and then since then I have suffered some big challenges. What is odd is, the challenges I suffered were not anywhere near as hurtful as the anxiety was.
Does that make any sense at all?

    1. Definately. The anxiety I feel is debilitating, but entirely fabricated in my own mind, I have found that I have dealt well with lifes real traumas but the ones my own mind imagines are far more terrifying. That’s one of the reasons I wanted to put my imagination to work For me, in the hope it will stop working against me. 🙂
