  1. Hello, Kristian. (Not sure why the blog in which you submitted your entry didn’t take my comment) So, I will leave it here.
    To honestly admit you have a mental illness is half the battle. It has nothing to do with strength nor weakness. Whatever you do to help with your anxiety and depression is completely up to you.
    My own therapist knows that this place (WP) is a huge part of what she considers my therapy.
    Writing and reading helps me is so many ways, it truly has had a positive impact on my overall mental health.
    Just keep doing everything your doing, because if it helps you… That is all that matters! 😉 😊
