A good reminder in a lovely bit of prose.
I have damage to my freckley, pale skin from when I was a child. Sun block wasn’t a thing in the 70s.

Thank you. Yes, sun care has and education about the dangers of the sun have improved. I used to burn very quickly on holiday before I learned to cover myself up.

Haha, Thanks Kat. Yes we are all wise with hindsight. They now say you should wear sunblock even on sunny winter days (not that we get that many in the UK ๐ )

Thank you very much. I’m glad you enjoyed it. I also wear a hat and cover up in the sun, I can burn in 5 seconds, so I’ve learned to be careful. ๐
