I wanted to share with you two posts that I wrote exactly a year ago today, which you may not have seen if you’ve only just started following me. 🙂
The first is a Haiku written in tribute to a very special lady who I unfortunately only discovered her genius after she’d died.
The second is a link to a short story written in instalments called The Wind Sheds No Tears. I wrote part 5 exactly a Year ago and haven’t written any more since then. I’ve included the links to all the parts just in case you want to read them all.
I intend to pick up on this story and write some more soon, so have a look and let me know if you like the story and would be interested in reading some more.
Happy Friday 🙂
FOWC with Fandango — Lady
Back in March 2018, I started my blog and so I wanted to share with you a few of the posts that I did a year ago. You may not have been following me back then.
This post is a very short tale inspired by the Daily Post (remember that?) prompt word which was Talisman.
And here is a poem that I wrote for my creative writing course that I was doing then. The requirement was to write a portrait poem about someone you know. I wrote this poem about my Uncle Pat and later was thrilled when City Lit decided to include it in their anthology of work from that year!
This is a scheduled post, because today is a very important day for me and I am otherwise occupied, but I hope you liked this post.
Let me know what you thought of these posts. Have you noticed any differences between my work back then and how it is now?
