Kira’s Sunday Scribbles – To catch the wind – A Haiku

20190525_235052.jpg

This Haiku was inspired by this picture by Kira of Kira’s Sunday Scribbles, click on the link below to see the post:

You canโ€™t live backwards

The pastโ€™s gone; You may as well

Try to catch the wind.

The picture also made me think of the following song:

First of May Haiku – Safe Journey

Happy first of May to everyone on the blogosphere. I have written this Haiku with a wish for everyone who is struggling through the journey of life at the moment.

May your compass point,

You home on every trip,

Despite life’sย mayhem.

Safe Journey, everyone. ๐Ÿ™‚

Flashback Friday! – Something from a year ago.

I wanted to share with you two posts that I wrote exactly a year ago today, which you may not have seen if you’ve only just started following me. ๐Ÿ™‚

The first is a Haiku written in tribute to a very special lady who I unfortunately only discovered her genius after she’d died.

https://talesfromthemindofkristian.wordpress.com/2018/04/26/she-rose-a-haiku/

The second is a link to a short story written in instalments called The Wind Sheds No Tears. I wrote part 5 exactly a Year ago and haven’t written any more since then. I’ve included the links to all the parts just in case you want to read them all.

I intend to pick up on this story and write some more soon, so have a look and let me know if you like the story and would be interested in reading some more.

Happy Friday ๐Ÿ™‚
