321 Quote me – The Truth Is…

JP the Wide eyed Wanderer has tagged me for this challenge. See the Post here:

Rules: 3.2.1 Quote Me!

  • Thank the Selector
  • Post 2 quotes for the dedicated Topic of the Day.
  • Select 3 bloggers to take part in ‘3.2.1 Quote Me!’
Please Note: Rory will be reblogging your responses unless you tell him NOT do so.

I have actually, done one of these already today but I don’t want to disappoint JP who is a very supportive blogger. Also, there are a lot of great quotes about the Truth out there.

“The Truth is out there, but there’s no point in looking for it anywhere near any politician.” – Kristian Fogarty

Maya Angelou

“There’s a world of difference between truth and facts. Facts can obscure truth.”

I won’t be tagging anyone this time, but if you are reading this and want to have a go, please be my guest.

FOWC with Fandango — Post

A post about mental wellbeing.

I’d like to draw your attention to this post that I have written. It was posted on the Best Life Collaborative site. Have a look and let me know what you think.

Does writing in your leisure time help to improve your mental health?

Does it bring you more than just enjoyment?

Multiple Word Prompt Poem – Being left alone.

A marriage, a vicar?

Get me some liquor,

I’d rather get drunk than get wed.

There are no photos to post

Of a wedding toast

I just stayed home and in bed.

No Bishop or priest

And no wedding feast

to enable our loved ones are fed.

My attitude stinks?

It’s more honest methinks,

And proof that I’m not easily lead.

Harmony and Love?

Good heavens above,

I’m sure I can do better than that.

The world’s end may come

But with less fuss than some,

I’ll just stay at home with my cat.
